Foster Care Team go Gung Ho

On a wet and muddy Saturday morning the Family Fostering Partners team set off on a 5k race through a Cardiff park, to tackle huge inflatable obstacles. It was a great opportunity to publicise fostering and talk to lots of people about the need for more foster carers.
There were some of the team who saw it as an opportunity for a gentle stroll and chat, while there were others keen to hone their inner athlete. Whatever the approach the result was some bruised knees, bottoms and egos as each member succumbed in some shape or form to the inflatable maze, climbing wall and foam filled plunging slides.
All in all a fantastic morning of fun with some much needed money being raised for our chosen Elephant Charity.
