Celebrating 10 Years of Family Fostering Partners – And Taking on 10 Challenges for Tŷ Hafan

This year marks a major milestone for us at Family Fostering Partners – we’re celebrating 10 years of supporting fostering families across Wales and the West of England. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside incredible foster parents, helping them provide stable, nurturing homes for those who need it most.

To mark this special anniversary, we wanted to do that reflects our commitment to community, care, and compassion. So, we’re taking on '10 Challenges for 10 years' – all in support of a charity close to our hearts: Tŷ Hafan.

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading children’s hospices, providing vital care for children with life-shortening conditions and offering much-needed support to their families. Right now, they’re only able to reach 1 in 10 families who need their services – but with your help, we can help them reach all 10.

Our #FFP10for10 Challenge

From skydives to sponsored silences, muddy obstacle courses to cold sea dips, we’re putting our team (and our comfort levels!) to the test. Some challenges will take sweat, some will take bravery, and some will probably take a good sense of humour – but every single one will be worth it.

Here’s just a few of the things we’ll be tackling throughout the year:

• Skydiving from 12,000 feet

• Cycling 84 miles

• Cold water sea dips

• 10k charity runs and sponsored walks

• Charity shop takeovers

• 10-hour tech-free challenges

• Sponsored silences

• Mud runs and more!

Each challenge is designed to not only raise funds for Tŷ Hafan, but to shine a light on the importance of fostering, community support, and giving back.
