Vacancy: Link Worker

Our Parent and Child Fostering service is growing, and in addition to always looking for new families to work in this specialised field, we are also looking to recruit a confident individual, who has experience of working with children and families, to join us as a Link Worker.

You may be a qualified social worker, or you may be a person who has a minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care/Child Care or equivalent. For us, your skills and experience in working with vulnerable parents, and your fit with our ethos of high-quality care will be the key to finding the right candidate for the role, and that individual will enjoy access to a supportive and learning environment where children always come first.

To excel in this role you need to be a great team player, but also able to work on your own initiative.

You also need to have access to your own vehicle since our Parent and Child Carers are located across a wide region and thus the job involves travelling across the South of Wales.

This is a full-time role and salary will range between £22,000 and £34,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
